Thank you for shopping with Dantri. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Ireland and across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

Ireland: 2–4 business days
EU (Standard): 5–10 business days
EU (Express): 2–5 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.

5. Customs & Duties

For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
